Complete Forging Capabilities

• Closed-Die Hot Forgings (Small to Heavy Components) - Our manufacturing network includes mechanical press lines ranging from 1600 tons up to 8000 tons, enabling production of lightweight precision parts as well as heavy, high-strength components. Typical forged part weights range from 100 g - 110 kg depending on the application.
• Materials We Supply - Carbon steel, alloy steel, micro-alloy steel, and stainless steel.
• Precision Machining (One-Stop Supply) - Full machining capabilities are integrated into the forging plants, including CNC, VMC, and HMC, allowing deliveries ready-to-assemble with strict dimensional control.
